Climb just over 1.3 miles from Unicoi Gap to Rocky Mountain, the descend down 2 miles to Indian Grave Gap and then travel back up the Rocky Mountain Trail, intersecting the Appalachian Trail. It’s downhill from the intersection finishing up this hike at 5 miles.
