Hike through an assortment of hardwoods in the Sumter National Forest to reach a powerful and mighty section of the Chattooga River. After some time on the beach or nearby rocks, continue hiking on a more vegetative path to reach the impressive 50-foot Opossum Creek Falls.

— Hike 2 miles to Chattooga River and another .25 to the waterfall, total hike approximately 4.6 miles
